CANCELLATION POLICY
We get things happen and sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. As courtesy to your stylist, please contact the front desk as soon as possible (510)523-4262. Any services rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be rescheduled or abbreviated when possible.
