CANCELLATION POLICY
We get things happen and sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. As courtesy to your service provider please contact the front desk as soon as possible, 510.523.4262 or frontdesk@antidotesalon.com. Any services rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be rescheduled or abbreviated when possible.
